October Wellness Challenge – Easy Office Stretches
You will learn simple moves to bring more movement into your workday. These easy moves will increase your heart rate and help you feel more alert, able to focus better, and less stress. Stretch your way to more flexibility, balance, and strength all from your cubicle or office space. Each week you will learn new stretches that focus on your neck/shoulders, back, arms/hands, and lower body.
